Recipes are passed on from one generation to the next. And each one is unique; each family adds something different to it. My Dad’s Pinoy spaghetti may have ground beef, and your Mom’s may have chopped hotdogs. My family may use tomato sauce for it, while yours uses tomato ketchup. You see? It’s unique to every family. And you’ll notice this once you’ve gone to a few houses during our town fiestas.
